The 2011 CYIA teams are being called forward!  The state and local staff are preparing for the training of these youth.  Keep the youth and the staff in your prayers, pray for hosts of 5-Day Clubs to step forward,  and pray for the children that will be attending the clubs.
The Catawba River Chapter hopes to reach 500+ children this summer.  If you or someone you know would like to host a club please contact  our office.

Christian Youth In Action (CYIA) is a summer program for youth ages 14 through college age who love the Lord and enjoy working with children!  As a summer missionary, you would be trained at Columbia International University for one week during the month of June, followed by 3-5 weeks of ministry within the local community, conducting 5 Day Bible Clubs in day care centers, community centers, neighborhoods, churches, and parks.
You will learn how to share the Gospel with a child, and how to lead a child to Christ, as well as how to teach Bible Lessons, Missionary Stories, and Memory Verses to children!  You will have a blast as you get to know other youth within your community, so don't miss out on this awesome opportunity to serve as a summer missionary next summer!

5-Day Club is open to all boys and girls between the ages of five and twelve, regardless of religious background. You are welcome to attend the club with your child.

Who teaches the club?

Is there any cost?

There is no charge for your child to attend. An optional missionary offering will be taken each day.

How will the club benefit your child?
