the procedure shown below.
To designate Child
Evangelism Fellowship to receive your funds, you must do the following:
1. Request a Donor Choice Form from your coordinator. Click on the link below to download a Donor
Choice Form.
2. Under specific organization
write:
Child Evangelism Fellowship - Catawba District
P.O.
Box 170538
Spartanburg, SC 29301
3. Then attach the Donor Choice
form to your pledge form.
Please share this information with
a friend who may want to give to CEF and reach children throughout Spartanburg, Cherokee, Union and Laurens counties of South
Carolina.

to transfer a monthly gift from your checking account on the first of every month. Please complete the form below and
return to Child Evangelism Fellowship at PO Box 170538, Spartanburg, SC 29301 with a voided check. Click
on the link below for the automatic deposit form.
