those who choose may designate their pledge directly to our ministry by following the procedure shown below.
To designate Child Evangelism Fellowship to receive your funds, you must do the following:
1. Request a Donor Choice Form from your coordinator.
2. Under the section titled "specific Care" write:

3. Then attach the Donor Choice form to your pledge form.
